The most powerful method to lose belly fat is to reduce your stress. Yet, if it were just as simple as locking the kids up in their rooms or telling your boss to shove off, we would not be looking for a solution to our belly fat problem.
Most diets you come across will tell you to eat less and exercise more. Yet they do not walk you through which foods are best for targeting belly fat, or which exercises will work for you. They do not take the time to focus on the areas you want to focus on.
The idiot proof diet that I used to lose over 40 lbs in 60 days not only shows you how to lose belly fat, it tailors a menu to your needs and not just a generic menu that everyone uses.
Not only that but it even shows you how you can drink alcohol and still lose weight. Men, that means beer at the games, and ladies, you can enjoy your cosmos with dinner.
In order to lose belly fat, you will want to reduce your stress levels because it is stress that releases the cortisol that produces the fat in the belly region to begin with. Most of the belly fat you have stored is because of cortisol.
Now why is it that most weight loss diets do not want you to know this? Because if everyone thinks they need to change what they eat and how they exercise, why are they going to try a plan that says anything different?
I tell you that you can eat anything and still lose weight, and you are looking at me like I'm speaking Greek just because the diet gurus tell you otherwise. Yet they don't know what it's like to be fat! You need to take the advice of a once pleasantly plump average Joe such as myself.
That's right, I was battling with how to lose belly fat just like you. I tried counting calories, reducing carbs, drinking nothing but water, and even trying the points system. NOTHING was working. And why should it have worked!?
All I was doing was making my body more tired and hungry. How can I lose weight if I do not even have the energy to burn the calories let alone exercise?
If the gurus let you know that losing belly fat was as simple as adding (not taking away) foods to your diet, reducing stress, and doing an easy combination of cardio and aerobic exercises, they would be out of business.
After all, the more time you take with their diet, the more money in their pockets. Their diets are designed for you to fail. You try them out, give them money, and then give up because you do not see the results you want to see in the time period you want to see them in.
Then after a few months you realize that you want to try to lose that belly fat again, and you are back at square one paying for a program that is not designed for you.
If you could see results in less than two weeks, would you try? Dieting does not have to be hard at all. I am not even sure you could call the plan I tried a diet plan. It was more of a guide and a tweak on what I already do.
If you had someone come in and tell you that you are doing good already and that all you have to do is eat more and other adjustments, wouldn't you find that easier than making a whole life change?

NOT Lose Belly Fat Tips: Top 5 Ways "NOT" to Lose Belly Fat...
Even if there is a fast and easy way to lose belly fat, you will never know until you check it out for yourself. But since no one seems to want to listen about how to lose belly fat using a simple diet system, we will just go over the top five ways NOT to lose belly fat.
1. Eat less
Never mind that belly fat loss is dependent on what you eat and that eating more will actually help you lose belly fat; this is a top ten list on how not to lose it! So stop eating all those fat fighting foods and force your system to store up for the winter; after all, if you are eating less, your system will be looking for more ways to assure they get the nutrients they need. If that means storing the extra calories, so be it.
2. Focus on doing more situps
If you do not want to lose belly fat but rather focus on gaining muscles that you will never get to show off because of your belly fat, do more situps. They are scientifically proven to build up your abdominal muscles but have no effect on fat burn. It is a great way NOT to lose belly fat because it does not even target belly fat!
3. Avoid Green Tea
Avoid it like the plague. Green tea has always been associated with speeding up one's metabolism so we can't have any of that in our system if we are trying NOT to lose belly fat. Stick to the sodas that are high in sugar, and throw in some chocolate milkshakes for good measure.
4. Forget Weight Training
As already discussed, the cardio workouts such as situps are what we want to focus on in order to NOT lose belly fat so there simply cannot be enough room in our routine for weight training. Never mind that weight training is actually what burns the most fat; that would be counterproductive to our goal here! And we certainly cannot combine it with our cardio workout for optimal effect because we are not looking for optimal effects!
And the most important and effective way to NOT lose belly fat is (drumroll please):
5. Keep doing the same thing you are doing
It has been effective thus far, right? So stick with your routine and you will be guaranteed not to lose belly fat. Do not try anything new. Do not attempt to find a better diet. Whatever you do, do NOT take the initiative to lose that belly fat; your friends and family will thank you later.
Why would anyone want to lose belly fat anyhow? It would only make them more attractive, more confident, and more healthy. I think we could live with that...or die early with that rather.

The Low Carb Diet SCAM: The Real Reason Why You're Fat!
If there is one thing that I know about diets, it is that they are too strict for a lover of food such as myself.
Low carb diets are the worst; they try and tell us what not to eat, but we would not be needing a diet of any kind if we could control what we did and did not eat!
All low carb diets do is make the dieter tired (due to lack of carbohydrates that break down into energy) and hungry.
That is why I kicked the low carb diet and found a new system to lose 9 lbs every 11 days eating all the foods I enjoy. And no, it is not by following Richard Simmons workouts!
Low carb diets trick you into believing that you are losing weight because in the beginning...you do! But stop eating for a day and you will find you lose a couple of pounds there too; does that mean that starvation is a good weight loss diet?
Negative my friend. What the low carb diet gurus FAIL to mention is that not only will you gain the weight back once you start eating carbs again, but you will also gain MORE weight.
Low carb diet advocates suggest that this should not happen because you are supposed to adopt this "new" and "better" way of eating, but who is going to go through life avoiding carbs all the time?
That is just the skinny man's revenge on those of us who enjoy food: tell us not to eat the good stuff ever again.
And what kind of joke is it to have a low carb diet combined with exercise? First you are taking away the carbs that give us energy, and then you want to tell us to go for a jog! That is like shooting us in the foot and telling us to do jumping jacks.
Stop believing the hype; low carb diets will only have you running around like a chicken with your head cut off.
They tell you to eat more protein, but most of the protein sources are high in FAT! Now call me crazy, but I thought the whole idea of dieting was to lose fat, not gain fat.
Low carb diets work in the beginning because they are just tricking your body; what you really need is a system that you can and will stick to because it does not force you to change your routine.
If you are overweight, the last thing you want to hear about is a diet that is low in anything. If you wanted to stop eating, you would not be in the position to need to go on a diet now would you! Low carb diets are not the answer.
What you need is a diet that allows you to eat anything you want and still lose weight. And if you want to accelerate your weight loss, you can avoid eating just two things as opposed to almost all carbs as the low carb diets suggest.
Are you tired of being laughed the tail of everyone's jokes? Then why are you fooling around with low carb diets like little rats in a science lab?
