The Low Carb Diet SCAM: The Real Reason Why You're Fat!

If there is one thing that I know about diets, it is that they are too strict for a lover of food such as myself.

Low carb diets are the worst; they try and tell us what not to eat, but we would not be needing a diet of any kind if we could control what we did and did not eat!

All low carb diets do is make the dieter tired (due to lack of carbohydrates that break down into energy) and hungry.

That is why I kicked the low carb diet and found a new system to lose 9 lbs every 11 days eating all the foods I enjoy. And no, it is not by following Richard Simmons workouts!

Low carb diets trick you into believing that you are losing weight because in the beginning...you do! But stop eating for a day and you will find you lose a couple of pounds there too; does that mean that starvation is a good weight loss diet?

Negative my friend. What the low carb diet gurus FAIL to mention is that not only will you gain the weight back once you start eating carbs again, but you will also gain MORE weight.

Low carb diet advocates suggest that this should not happen because you are supposed to adopt this "new" and "better" way of eating, but who is going to go through life avoiding carbs all the time?

That is just the skinny man's revenge on those of us who enjoy food: tell us not to eat the good stuff ever again.

And what kind of joke is it to have a low carb diet combined with exercise? First you are taking away the carbs that give us energy, and then you want to tell us to go for a jog! That is like shooting us in the foot and telling us to do jumping jacks.

Stop believing the hype; low carb diets will only have you running around like a chicken with your head cut off.

They tell you to eat more protein, but most of the protein sources are high in FAT! Now call me crazy, but I thought the whole idea of dieting was to lose fat, not gain fat.

Low carb diets work in the beginning because they are just tricking your body; what you really need is a system that you can and will stick to because it does not force you to change your routine.

If you are overweight, the last thing you want to hear about is a diet that is low in anything. If you wanted to stop eating, you would not be in the position to need to go on a diet now would you! Low carb diets are not the answer.

What you need is a diet that allows you to eat anything you want and still lose weight. And if you want to accelerate your weight loss, you can avoid eating just two things as opposed to almost all carbs as the low carb diets suggest.

Are you tired of being laughed the tail of everyone's jokes? Then why are you fooling around with low carb diets like little rats in a science lab?
